Refund policy

A full refund of purchase amount will be issued under the following conditions only: 

1. Product is defective or has been damaged in transit. In the event of a damage claim, customer shall provide photographic verification of the damaged product in its original packaging. 

2. At the company owner’s sole discretion. 

Refunds WILL NOT be issued under the following conditions:

1. Customer does not like a product scent.
